Pinot Blanc

Pinot Blanc, otherwise known as Pinot Bianco or Weissburgunder, is a white grape variety used to produce still, sparkling, dry, and sweet wines around the globe, most notably in Alsace and Alto Adige. Wines produced from Pinot Blanc often show flavors of apple and almond skin, and are frequently vinified using similar techniques as Chardonnay. In Germany and Austria, Pinot Blanc is often vinified into light, refreshing styles of wine.
