Each Monday, we publish a round-up of the most compelling flash sales offers for the coming week. Given the diversity of our audience across all ages, preferences, and budgets, know that some of these bottles might not quite float your boat, or might not be the right price. But all of our choices represent genuine value and hard-to-match opportunities in their own categories.

This week is a great one for those of you who love Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, with two fantastic offerings — the 2017 Silver Oak on Monday from Wine Express, and the debut of the 2019 Grand Sonnerie on Wednesday, from Wine Access. There’s also some lovely Pinot Noir from Lussier in California’s Anderson Valley.

Keep an eye out each week for our top picks.

Monday, March 21

bottle of Silver Oak Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

2017 Silver Oak Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, $139.95

Who’s it for: California collectors. Silver Oak remains one of the most highly-regarded producers in Napa Valley, and the 2017 vintage is no different, relying on a reasonable percentage of Merlot to round out this wine, which is aged in barrels made at their own cooperage. Definitely something that can hang out in the cellar or be enjoyed right now if you so choose.

Where to get it: Wine Express, available Mar. 21, 2022 at 9 a.m. ET until sold out

Note: This link will stay live until the offer is sold out.

bottle of Remoissenet Père et Fils Puligny-Montrachet Magnum

2017 Remoissenet Père et Fils Puligny-Montrachet Magnum, $199

Who’s it for: Dinner party planners…or attendees. Look, magnums are just cool. Even if they only have the equivalent of two bottles of wine in them, they stand out on a table and allow for larger groups to get a healthy pour of a wine, like this elegant white Burgundy from one of the region’s most acclaimed producers.

Where to get it: SommSelect, available Mar. 21, 2022 at 9:45 a.m. PT until sold out

bottle of Lussier, Anderson Valley “Côte de Boont” Pinot Noir

2020 Lussier, Anderson Valley “Côte de Boont” Pinot Noir, $39

Who’s it for: Those who like to give newcomers a chance. This is only the second vintage for Lussier, but they’ve already attracted attention for their high-quality bottlings from the lesser-known Anderson Valley in northern California, including this wine, which represents a blend from several different vineyard sources in the area.

Where to get it: SommSelect, available Mar. 22, 2022 at 9:45 a.m. PT until sold out

Who’s it for: Garden party enthusiasts. Sauvignon Blanc is the perfect spring garden party wine, and Sancerre is the most famous region in the world for it, in particular bottles like this that hail from the famous “terres blanches,” or limestone-rich soils, of the region.

bottle of Guerrieri Rizzardi 3Cru Amarone della Valpolicella Classico

2015 Guerrieri Rizzardi 3Cru Amarone della Valpolicella Classico, $42

Who’s it for: Those who want to broaden their “full-bodied red wine” horizons. If you’re unfamiliar, Amarone is a classic wine of Italy’s Veneto region, made from grapes that have been air-dried for months before being pressed, giving the resulting wine a depth of flavor and power that belies the cool climate. Definitely not one for the faint of heart.
