Each Monday, we publish a round-up of the most compelling flash sales offers for the coming week. Given the diversity of our audience across all ages, preferences, and budgets, know that some of these bottles might not quite float your boat, or might not be the right price. But all of our choices represent genuine value and hard-to-match opportunities in their own categories.

Unlike some weeks, our flash sale picks this week skew more towards affordable, everyday drinkers than some of the baller bottles we feature in other weeks. In particular, the Suavia Monte Carbonare Soave Classico is a spectacular bottle of white wine that you can snag for a mere $26 on Thursday, Mar. 3 from Wine Access. For those who want something suited for a special occasion, the Antonello Rovellotti Ghemme, available on Mar. 2 from SommSelect, is a bottle that will surprise and delight guests and friends.

Keep an eye out each week for our top picks.

2016 Château Tertre de Viaud Côtes de Bourg, $14.95

Who’s it for: Lovers of easy-drinking wines that can still intrigue. The lesser-known Right Bank Bordeaux appellation of the Côtes de Bourg is a great source for expressive, Merlot-based wines that aren’t fussy but are a great everyday wine at a very reasonable price.

Where to get it: Wine Express, available Feb. 28, 2022 at 9 a.m. ET until sold out

2017 Folie à Deux Cabernet Sauvignon, $19.95

Who’s it for: Cab lovers who want to take a chance. Now owned by Trinchero Family Estates, this wine is made from fruit sourced from the Alexander Valley and represents a slightly leaner style of California Cabernet Sauvignon that nevertheless still delivers fruit ripeness and some baking spice notes from barrel aging.

2020 Big Table Farm Wild Bee Chardonnay, $34

Who’s it for: Those who know the magic of Willamette Valley Chardonnay, or want to discover it. It remains something of a mystery why it took so long for Chardonnay to catch on in Oregon, but the bar is being raised these days by producers like Brian Marcy and Clare Carver at Big Table Farm, where you get structure, minerality, and yet a delightful among of fruit ripeness along with it.

Where to get it: SommSelect, available Mar. 1, 2022 at 9:45 a.m. PT until sold out

2014 Antonello Rovellotti Chioso dei Pomi Ghemme DOCG, $55

Who’s it for: Anyone who enjoys aromatic red wines that still pack a punch. Ghemme might not be nearly as well-known as its Piedmontese brethren Barolo and Barbaresco, but these wines have many of the same characteristics while perhaps being slightly more ethereal, hinting at their close proximity to the Alps with notes of wild flowers and tart berries.

Where to get it: SommSelect, available Mar. 2, 2022 at 9:45 a.m. PT until sold out

2016 Celestino Pecci Brunello di Montalcino, $45

Who’s it for: Those who enjoy a meaty red. Brunello di Montalcino somehow remains underappreciated by many wine drinkers, despite being likely the finest expression of Sangiovese you can find anywhere. Mixing tart and just-ripe red fruits like cherries, cranberries, and raspberries with notes of braised meats and dusty earth, it’s a savory, impactful wine that rewards contemplation but also goes fantastic with a huge range of meat dishes or even a simple tomato sauce.

Where to get it: Last Bottle Wines, available Mar. 2, 2022 at 10 a.m. PT until sold out

Note: The link for this offer goes live on the day and time specified, and expires when sold out or when the next offer begins.

2019 Suavia Monte Carbonare Soave Classico, $26

Who’s it for: Those who recognize that Italian white wine is an incredible value. The reputation of the Soave region was ravaged by overexploitation in the 1970s and 1980s, but the Classico region remains a source for some incredible wines, few better than those made from the Monte Carbonare vineyard, which is situated on strikingly black volcanic soil and carries that note of smokiness through to the glass.

Where to get it: Wine Access, available Mar. 3, 2022 at 10 a.m. ET until sold out

2012 Calluna Estate Chalk Hill Cabernet Sauvignon Blend, $85

Who’s it for: Those who know that great North Coast Cabernet Sauvignon doesn’t have to come from Napa. The Chalk Hill appellation in Sonoma County overlooks the Russian River Valley, and offers moderate growing conditions ideally suited for Bordeaux varieties, like these grown on Calluna’s 17-acre estate.

Where to get it: SommSelect, available Mar. 3, 2022 at 9:45 a.m. PT until sold out

2018 Clos Mogador Com Tu Montsant, $49

Who’s it for: Lovers of old vines. The core of this wine are century-old Garnacha vines from the tiny town of La Figuera, which lend the wine a mix of florality, vibrant fruit character, racy acidity, and a surprising amount of intensity.

Where to get it: SommSelect, available Mar. 5, 2022 at 9:45 a.m. PT until sold out

2019 Château de Fontaine-Audon Terroir Silex Sancerre, $32

Who’s it for: Those who love Sauvignon Blanc, but wouldn’t call it Savvy B unless you paid them. Sancerre, in France’s Loire Valley, is the spiritual homeland of the variety, if not its place of origin, and here is a great example of why: lots of tart citrus and bright minerality, with the smoky note that comes from these slate-rich soils.

Where to get it: Wine Access, available Mar. 6, 2022 at 4 p.m. ET until sold out
