Each Monday, we publish a round-up of the most compelling flash sales offers for the coming week. Given the diversity of our audience across all ages, preferences, and budgets, know that some of these bottles might not quite float your boat, or might not be the right price. But all of our choices represent genuine value and hard-to-match opportunities in their own categories.

We hope you slept well on Sunday night because my goodness is Monday, Feb. 21 an action-packed day in the flash-sales department, with a couple of everyday-priced offerings from Bordeaux and New Zealand as well as some excellent Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Tuesday brings a great aged bottle of Premier Cru Chablis from Daniel-Etienne Defaix (via SommSelect), while Cabernet Sauvignon lovers can explore the underrated Margaret River region of Western Australia with a bottle from Leeuwin Estate on Thursday (via Wine Access).

Keep an eye out each week for our top picks.

2016 Château Bellevue Cru Bourgeois, $19.95

Who’s it for: Anyone who likes red wine. Yep, this is that much of a crowd-pleaser. Basically a 50/50 blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot and hailing from mature vines, this might not blow your mind but it’s a great bottle to pop open on that random weekday night that just needs a glass or two of wine to make it a bit better.

Where to get it: Wine Express, available Feb. 21, 2022 at 9 a.m. ET until sold out

2020 Tinpot Hut Sauvignon Blanc, $18.99

Who’s it for: Those who can’t get enough Savvy B! For those who love it, nothing does the trick quite like a Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, with abundant notes of passionfruit, grapefruit, cut grass, and even jalapeño. This bottling from Tinpot Hut will definitely do the trick, and if you’re looking to stock up, the price drops to $16.99/bottle when you buy 6 or more.

Where to get it: Wine Access, available Feb. 21, 2022 at 10 a.m. ET until sold out

2018 Castiel Estate Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon, $185

Who’s it for: Those who like their Napa Cab dense and powerful. Howell Mountain has long been prized as a source for Cabernet Sauvignon that offers deep color and powerful tannins, and this bottle is no different. If you like your Napa Cabs youthful, you can enjoy it now, but it will also develop nicely over the next two decades.

2007 Daniel-Etienne Defaix Chablis 1er Cru Les Lys, $60

Who’s it for: Those who know the magic of Chablis. It doesn’t quite get the shine of some of the most prestigious appellations a little further south in Burgundy’s Côte d’Or, but Chablis is producing some of the most exciting and complex Chardonnay on the planet. Don’t be deceived by the vintage: 15-year-old Chablis, especially from a good producer and an acclaimed vineyard, is absolutely worth grabbing.

Where to get it: SommSelect, available Feb. 22, 2022 at 9:45 a.m. PT until sold out

2020 Château Les Mesclances, Côtes de Provence La Londe "Faustine” Rosé, $35

Who’s it for: Anyone who thinks they can make it summer through sheer force of will. Rosé is perhaps the ultimate summer sipper, but this bottle from Château Les Mesclances is far more than just a porch-pounder, offering body and depth of flavor that only the finer wines from Provence can display. Crank up the heat and crack it open to have a beach day in February!

2017 Leeuwin Estate Art Series Cabernet Sauvignon, $50

Who’s it for: Cab lovers who want to see the world. The Margaret River region of Western Australia is known for making elegant, refined Cabernet Sauvignons that retain some of Australia’s characteristic fruit-forward nature while offering more complexity and structure than is typical for other Australian regions.

Where to get it: Wine Access, available Feb. 24, 2022 at 10 a.m. ET until sold out

2018 Kuentz-Bas Pinot Blanc Tradition, $18

Who’s it for: Pinot Gris lovers who want to switch it up a bit. While Alsace is perhaps better known for producing Pinot Gris, Riesling, and even Gewürztraminer, Pinot Blanc actually accounts for a sizable percentage of plantings and bottlings each vintage. Generally it’s a touch leaner and less aromatic than Pinot Gris, but still offers textural depth and a crisp finish that’s not overly acidic.

Where to get it: Wine Access, available Feb. 24, 2022 at 10 a.m. ET until sold out

2019 Château de Fontaine-Audon Terroir Silex Sancerre, $32

Who’s it for: Those who love Sauvignon Blanc, but probably wouldn’t call it Savvy B unless you paid them. Sancerre, in France’s Loire Valley, is the spiritual homeland of the variety, if not its place of origin, and here is a great example of why: lots of tart citrus and bright minerality, with the smoky note that comes from these slate-rich soils.

Where to get it: Wine Access, available Feb. 25, 2022 at 10 a.m. ET until sold out
